By now I'm sure you've figured out I'm a guy that likes to brew beer. My wife, Ann often helps out behind the scenes and occasionally goes mad scientist with my various brewed concoctions. We have explored making beer, wine, hard cider, and mead.
For the most part our experiments come out rather tasty though we are guilty of committing the occasional case of alcohol abuse when things go sideways.
